SuccessFactors is a *$340 million* company in terms of revenue with over 1,800 employees worldwide. The fact that they were able to **rollout Business ByDesign in only 10 weeks** touts not only the quality of the team behind the implementation but also the ease of configuring Business ByDesign, a SaaS solution that lives up to its promise. SAP Business ByDesign (replacing NetSuite) now runs the following processes at SuccessFactors: - Order to Cash - Procure to Pay - Professional Services Automation - Core Financials - Revenue Recognition - Travel and Expense - Sales Automation and CRM In addition to ByDesign, they also implemented SAP Sales OnDeman (700 users) replacing Salesforce.com.
